Study On The Urban Land Intensive Use Policy Under The Background Of New Urbanization

Urban land is an important carrier of new urbanization construction,and the limitation of land resources determines that the economical and intensive use of land is a necessary trend of new urbanization development.Land policy is a provision made by the state in the development,utilization,management,protection and management of land resources in a certain period of time in order to achieve the goal of economic and social development.It is an important adjustment means for the state to handle land relations and solve land disputes.Scientific and rational land use policy plays an important role in ensuring the economical and intensive use of urban land.At present,with the rapid development of China's economy and new urbanization,the demand for various types of land in cities is increasing,resulting in the shortage of urban land resources.How to formulate the urban land use policy that can not only meet the needs of new urbanization development but also guarantee the higher efficiency of urban land per unit area is the development direction of urban land policy.In this paper,the research on urban land intensive use policy under the background of new urbanization is mainly divided into five parts.The first part,mainly expounds the research background,significance,research contents,methods,innovation points and relevant research achievements of domestic and foreign scholars,which makes adequate preparation for the research on the relevant contents of urban land intensive use policy under the background of new urbanization.The second part,summarizes the connotation,characteristics and process of the new urbanization,as well as the connotation,characteristics and types of the intensive use of urban land,summarizes the functions and effects of the policy,and then analyzes the role and impact of the policy on the intensive use of urban land.The third part,analyzes the impact of urbanization on the intensive use of urban land,and on this basis,explores the internal mechanism of the relationship between urban and rural integration,urban industrial innovation and integration,spatial structure change,and environmental ecological development,and urban land intensive use policies in the process of new urbanization.The fourth part,the intensive use of urban land in our country since the reform and opening up policy evolution is divided into four stages,at each stage,the characteristics of the urban land intensive utilization policy and then sums up the urban land intensive utilization policy currently existing problems,and to develop a reasonable policy of urban land intensive utilization.The fifth part,to clarify the overall debugging direction of the urban land intensive utilization policy under the background of my country's new urbanization,and to propose specific reform measures for the urban land intensive utilization policy under the background of the new urbanization in China.
