Research On SaaS Platform Project Communication Management Of Small And Micro Service Industry

With the arrival of SaaS(software as a service)wave,the informatization degree of China's small and micro service industry has been deepening,and each enterprise's demand for cost saving and staff efficiency has been greatly enhanced.SaaS industry has ushered in rapid development.At the same time,due to the high degree of customization of traditional software,many software enterprises will encounter bottlenecks when they develop to a certain scale,while the SaaS model has a high degree of product standardization and a wider range of use,which makes the expansion cost of SaaS giants lower and the boundary wider.At present,SaaS platform giants are born in many segments.For example,Salesforce in the field of CRM(customer relationship management),Workday in the field of HRM(human resource management),etc.,the new competitive situation puts forward higher requirements for project management level of each SaaS platform.In the era of mobile Internet with the emergence of new technologies,communication management runs through the whole life cycle of SaaS platform projects,and each specific execution process,usage scenario and management link all need effective communication.The importance of communication management has become increasingly prominent,and it has become a key factor affecting project management.At present,there are few researches on the project communication management of SaaS platform of small and micro service industry at home and abroad,and the traditional project communication management theory is gradually unable to meet the needs of SaaS platform project communication management system.This study will review the project communication management theory knowledge,in reading,analysis,on the basis of related literature at home and abroad,with a SaaS platform project as an example for case study,through the methods of expert interview,questionnaire investigation,to identify small micro SaaS platform project communication management problems existing in the service industry,to analyze the causes of the problem,put forward the corresponding solutions and implement in the case,in order to test its effect.Through this study,the author hopes to propose effective communication management solutions for SaaS platform projects of small and micro service industry,and provide experience sharing and ideas for similar projects.
