Study On Poverty Control In Sonid Zuoqi Pastoral Area Of Xilingol League

Poverty is a common problem faced by mankind.Since reform and opening up,China has successfully opened up a path of poverty alleviation and development with Chinese characteristics.2020 is not only a critical moment in the decisive battle against poverty,but also a key period to improve the effectiveness of poverty management in the future.We must not relax our efforts to do a good job in this work.Sonid Zuoqi is a pure animal husbandry minority border flag dominated by Mongolians.it is one of the 19 frontier minority banners and counties in Inner Mongolia Autonomous region.Its natural conditions are very bad,and the problem of poverty in pastoral areas has always been prominent.In the process of promoting targeted poverty alleviation,although the comprehensive poverty alleviation has been achieved,it does not mean that the poverty problem has been completely solved,nor does it mean that there will be no poor population in the future.In fact,the difficulties in poverty governance in pastoral areas still exist,and the poverty reduction capacity still needs to be improved.The various factors of poverty in pastoral areas are often different from those in agricultural areas.They are not only the embodiment of low economic income,but also the fragile ecological environment,the limitation of geographical conditions,the bad natural conditions and the lagging development of information transmission.Therefore,the study of poverty governance in pastoral areas must consider the economic,political,ecological,scientific and technological aspects.In this paper,on the basis of reading a lot and systematically combing the relevant research on poverty governance at home and abroad,under the guidance of governance theory and Marxist anti-poverty theory,this paper mainly uses the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and household interview to conduct a comprehensive and systematic research and analysis of poverty governance in Sonid Zuoqi pastoral area.This paper specifically studies the present situation of poverty governance and poverty alleviation in the pastoral area of Sonid Zuoqi,Inner Mongolia,and analyzes the existing problems and causes in the implementation of poverty governance in the pastoral area.Furthermore,it puts forward the sustainable countermeasures and suggestions to further improve the poverty governance in the pastoral area of Sonid Zuoqi,Inner Mongolia: tostrengthen the concept of poverty governance and governance work in pastoral areas,and to broaden the effectiveness of poverty governance by diversified ways of poverty governance.The diversification of the main body of poverty governance,the integration of effective social resources,and strengthening the supervision of poverty governance provide practical ideas and countermeasures for the long-term mechanism of poverty governance in pastoral areas.
