JF property management company is a property management company established in 2017,belonging to Nanchang branch.As a newly established company,JF property management company,in order to enter the Nanchang market,has successively taken over several projects that were canceled because the former property management company could not maintain the basic operation.Most of the employees are directly taking over the former property.As a relatively short established and small-scale property management branch,JF property management company mainly needs to work on staff management in order to improve its competitiveness in Nanchang property management industry and obtain as much profit as possible.According to the property management company employees working characteristic design questionnaire,with JF property management company as samples,the questionnaire survey to employees through the SPSS statistical analysis tools,such as the JF property management company employee satisfaction with the current status,problems and its influencing factors from different positions,different sex,different age employees point of view,through the enterprise satisfaction,job satisfaction,job satisfaction,satisfaction with personal development,collaborative work environment satisfaction,job satisfaction,leadership behavior satisfaction,pay satisfaction;The following conclusions can be drawn from the research on the dimensions of enterprise management satisfaction: the salary satisfaction and work environment satisfaction of grassroots employees should be enhanced;Middle level employees need to enhance their personal development satisfaction;Managers need to strengthen salary satisfaction and personal development satisfaction;Male employees should enhance their salary satisfaction and work environment satisfaction,while older employees should enhance their salary satisfaction.And on the basis of this research conclusion,the following countermeasures are proposed to improve employee satisfaction: improve employee satisfaction by dividing job responsibilities,conducting job training,establishing salary incentive system,improving working environment,and establishing employee mental health consultation mechanism,etc.To improve employee satisfaction by meeting personal development needs,establishing a perfect promotion system,improving the learning and training system,etc.Managers improve employee satisfaction by building salary structure model,strengthening communication and learning,and improvingmanagement ability.For male employees and older employees,the salary of the company should be determined by referring to the salary standard of the industry,and the reward system and welfare system should be improved to improve employee satisfaction.Improve employee satisfaction by improving corporate culture,seeking employee recognition and establishing communication channels.
