An In-Depth Analysis of the Provisional Commonality of Research: Defining the Existence of Digital, Hardcopy, and Microfilm Refereed Resources in Higher Education

Libraries are needed by scholars now and will continue to be a necessity in the future. However, if all refereed, scholarly information is digital or electronic then microfilm and hardcopy/print stored in a library collection may not be needed. Therefore this paper looks at the impact digital refereed resources has made on microfilm and hardcopy refereed resources.
