Research On The Administration System Of Work Safety Of Da Xing District In Beijing

The administration of work safety relates to the realization of the benign development goals of all walks of life,relates to the safety of public life and property,concerns to the quality and speed of China's economic development,which has an important impact on the overall strength of the country.Based on all above,this paper takes the perspective of grassroots local government as the starting point takes the administration system of work safety as the focus point,in order to provide a reference for the reform and improvement of the safe production supervision system in similar areas in China,we will carry out in-depth analysis and exploration of the district-level administration system of work safety in Beijing,the capital city.Based on the study and reference of existing documents,this paper collects relevant data as comprehensively as possible,adopts the basic strategy of combining history with reality,and adopts methods such as history research,comparative research,and case study.Based on the analysis of the advanced experience of administration system of work safety in developed countries,we will study the development history of China's administration system of work safety and its evolution laws,find out the main problems that exist from multiple dimensions,and comprehensively analyze these problems using the corresponding knowledge of public management and propose corresponding improvement measures.Creatively put forward the idea of improving the supervision of the administration system of work safety at the grassroots level,which can be said to be an important supplement to the research on the administration system of work safety at the grassroots level.The paper mainly consists of six parts from the content structure.The first part:Introduction,mainly discusses the topic background,research significance,research methods and so on of the paper;The second part:China's administration system of work safety,and describes the evolution and status of the administration system of work safety and so on;The third part:The theoretical analysis,mainly focus on the concepts of work safety and supervision and management,and gives a brief description of the theory of Heinrich's law and so on;The fourth part:Present situation,defects and inducement of administration system of work safety had been given.This paper briefly introduces the Da Xing district administration system of work safety,makes a statistical analysis of the production safety accidents in Da Xing District 2017.By using the knowledge of public management,this paper comprehensively analyzes the defects and inducements of the administration system of work safety from multiple dimensions by using the knowledge of public management;The fifth part:Introduce the experience of other countries,especially the United States,Germany,Japan's administration system of work safety;The sixth part:The improvement strategy of Da Xing District in Beijing administration system of work safety.As a basic-level staff member of safety supervision department,I take this research as an opportunity,vitalize,sprat,in order to promote our country's healthy and coordinated development of the administration system of work safety,to provide important reference and feasible suggestions.At the same time,it also provides feasible suggestions for the implementation of safe production supervision at the grassroots level.
