Crude oil price continues to be low,major oil and gas companies have reduced mining investment on a large scale,which bring big challenge to the operation of drilling platforms.Some companies have chosen to upgrade existing platforms to cope with more complex operating environments,Specially for Self-elevating Platform,there is an increasing demand for rig foundation cantilever beam repair and reconstruction.On the platform,the cantilever beam structure is an important component of the drilling platform bearing the drilling platform,and is mainly used to withstand the load of the drill floor.If the cantilever beam fails or the cantilever beam structure is upgraded,the rig floor module must first be disengaged from the cantilever beam to unload the rig floor load,so that the cantilever beam is in an unloaded state.Therefore,the load transfer of the drill floor is a non-negligible step in the cantilever beam repair process.Then,by combining the one-type jack-up drilling platform,the engineering practice problem of the cantilever beam rail faceplate can't be appressed to the right rear drill floor support.The application of the cantilever beam maintenance accuracy detection process was proposed.The cause of the failure of the cantilever beam is that the cantilever beam rail faceplate was not flat.For this reason,a corresponding repair scheme was developed.A hydraulic lift device load transfer scheme suitable for cantilever beam repair operation was developed for the difficulty of load transfer during the repair process.Afterwards,the theoretical feasibility of the hydraulic lifting device load transfer scheme was evaluated,the safety assessment of the implementation process was carried out,the final structural strength check and the load transfer scheme suitable for the cantilever beam repair of the project were determined.Through the application of this scheme in practical engineering,the feasibility of the scheme was finally verified.
