The doubling winders is a textile machine that merges the single yarns formed by the winder into ply yarns.Its control system is the core part of its electrical control,which is responsible for the functions of yarn running control,equipment monitoring,data communication,output statistics and so on.The performance of the control system directly affects the output and efficiency of the yarn.At present,most of the traditional doubling machines are based on PLC or single-chip microcomputer,and the control is mostly left-right centralized control.There are disadvantages such as poor machine scalability,weak human-computer interaction,and weak data management functions.Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional doubling winders,a set of solutions based on the embedded intelligent control system of the single spindle of the doubling winders is proposed.This paper designs the overall control scheme of the system which uses the decentralized control strategy.Each machine of the doubling winders is used as an independent control unit and is independently controlled by an embedded controller.Finally,the data of each unit is connected in the form of a bus,and the data is embedded in the machine head.The controller and cloud platform comprehensively managed the data to improve the flexibility and scalability of the system.This paper analyzes the specific process and control requirements of the doubling winders to design the hardware and software parts of the embedded control system.In the hardware design part,the optocoupler chip EL357 is used to realize signal isolation,and the transformer is used to realize power isolation.The hardware circuits such as the motor drive circuit,the STM32 controller circuit and the sampling protection circuit of each machine are designed.The 485 bus and GPRS communication circuit of the machine head are also designed.In the software design part,the real-time operating system FreeRTOS is used to design the motor In the remote and software design part,Django and MySQL technology are used to realize the cloud platform to the yarn machine site remote monitoring of equipment.Finally,through the test platform for the doubling winders,the software and hardware functions of the control system,the doubling process and the reliability of the system are tested and analyzed.The test results confirmed the stability and reliability of the designed system.
