| With the continuous advancement of China’s industrialization process and people’s increasing environmental awareness,most enterprises are seeking an environmentallyfriendly business manner based on the concept of circular economy.The recycling of industrial packaging has an important role in promoting the development of circular economy in enterprises,the use of RTIs(Reusable Transport Items)can reduce the consumption of resources and the generation of waste,promote unitization operations,standardization and centralized management of packaging,etc.At present,in the parts manufacturing industry which is large-volume,multi-batch,multi-variety,RTIs have been initially used.Formulating effective management decision-making scheme and giving full play to the advantages of RTIs are very important and necessary for the optimal management of enterprises.The inventory and recycling of industrial RTIs are closely related to the productionoperation,inventory control and distribution of component products,and they interact with each other.Their circulation processes constitute a closed-loop supply chain that includes traditional forward supply chain and reverse logistics for packaging recycling.Based on this,from the perspective of the whole closed-loop supply chain,this paper takes industrial RTIs of parts as the research object,and studies the inventorytransportation integration optimization problem of industrial RTIs and component products in the context of a closed-loop supply chain composed of multiple vendors and multiple manufacturers.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,this paper expounds the characteristics of industrial RTIs and its recycling logistics modes.Explains the structure and management difficulties of industrial RTIs closed-loop supply chain.For the joint optimization management of industrial RTIscomponent products,the closed-loop supply chain and management process of two RTIs management modes for vendor recycling RTIs and shared platform recycling RTIs are established.Secondly,the integration optimization of industrial RTIs closed-loop supply chain is proposed.This thesis builds a multi-vendor-multi-manufacturer closed-loop supply chain with the vendor-recycled mode and the shared platform-recycled mode,and then analyzes the factors affecting the inventory-transportation decisions of industrial RTIs and component products under these two modes.Finally,the multi-objective mixed integer non-linear programming models under these two modes are established from three dimensions of the total closed-loop supply chain cost,vehicle loading rate and manufacturers’ satisfaction.Thirdly,combined with the actual case of auto parts’ RTIs,these two integrated optimization models are solved based on the NSGA-II algorithm,optimizes factors such as the RTIs recycling cycles and replenishment batches of different manufacturers for different parts,the initial reserves of RTIs at vendors and shared platform.Then,the multiplicative exponent weighting method is used to select the optimal inventorytransportation scheme for each of the two modes,which provides a reference for enterprise decision-making.Finally,the results of these two integrated optimization models are analyzed by using the value of hypervolume,and combined the comparison results of the optimal schemes from two models to prove the effectiveness and superiority of the optimal scheme from the shared platform-recycled mode. |
