| Road transportation is an important driving force supporting China’s economic development.Due to the rapid development of China’s economy,the task of road infrastructure construction is crucial.In order to meet the needs of China’s economic and social development,the national development and reform commission officially released the national highway network plan(2013-2030)in 2013.The plan calls for speeding up the construction of China’s highway infrastructure to form a national trunk road network with reasonable layout,complete functions,extensive coverage,and safety.In recent years,small and medium-sized road construction enterprises are facing fierce market competition,so it has certain theoretical significance and practical value to study the development strategy of small and medium-sized road construction enterprises.This paper takes Guangxi Guijing Construction Engineering Co.,Ltd.as an object,this paper makes an empirical study on the company’s future development strategy by using the literature research method and combining theory with practice.First of all,through the knowledge network,baidu platform to collect a large amount of information,go to the library to read related to strategic management and engineering information,enterprise development planning theory,such as literature,through the research process and accumulation,the systematic carding and research the development history of strategic management,this paper expounds the research background and significance of this article,to theory and literature review,this paper expounds the concrete method of the main content of study and research.Secondly,using the literature research,the way such as combining theory with practice,combining with the actuality of Guangxi Guijing Construction Engineering Co.,Ltd.,as well as to the road construction projects at home and abroad on the basis of company development strategy research summary and analysis from both inside and outside two aspects of Guangxi Guijing Construction Engineering Co.,Ltd.for the development of environment and opportunity,using PEST analysis method and the relevant model analyzes the external environment for the development of the company,from the perspective of the profit ability and social resources,the company’s internal management and development environment.Thirdly,through the application of SWOT strategy analysis tools and methods,the positioning analysis is carried out on the development strategy of Guangxi Guijing Construction Engineering Co.,Ltd.,and then the specific development strategy is selected.Finally,through this study,the strategic positioning,development path and implementation guarantee measures of Guangxi Guijing Construction Engineering Co.,Ltd.are clarified.To provide the company in the fierce market competition,can improve the company’s core competitiveness and the appropriate strategic development direction,for the company’s development strategy selection and formulation to provide a certain practical guidance.At the same time,this study is expected to provide reference for the development strategy design of other small and medium-sized road construction enterprises. |
