Study On The Financial Strategy Of Chang’an Automobile Transition Period

Financial strategy should not only meet the requirements of macro-environment,but also meet the development situation of enterprises,so enterprises need to consider how to formulate financial strategies suitable for their own development through the financial resources of enterprises.Financial strategy matrix is to combine the two elements of enterprise value creation and sustainable development to analyze the financial strategy of the enterprise.Data analysis can increase the objectivity of decision making,make the analysis more reasonable and have stronger reference value,which can effectively help the enterprise to formulate financial strategy.Based on the relevant theories,this paper studies the financial strategy of Changan Automobile Group Co.,Ltd.This article first briefly introduces the general situation and the transformation strategy of the enterprise,Changan Automobile has set up the new energy subsidiary in 2008,so it can be seen that Changan Automobile had the idea of transformation in the early 20 th century,but at that time,because the R & D technology problem did not really implement the transformation,so it began to invest more in the new energy in 2015,and put forward the strategy of transformation in 2017.Therefore,this paper analyzes the financial data between2014-2018,and then constructs the Chang’an Auto in 2015.Then,in order to analyze the financial strategy of the enterprise more systematically and accurately,the financing,investment and dividend distribution strategy are analyzed,and the shortcomings of the financial strategy of its different functions are pointed out separately,and the optimization suggestions are put forward for these deficiencies.In recent years,changan automobile has vigorously developed new energy vehicles.In order to realize the transformation from traditional manufacturing vehicles to new energy vehicles,the transformation of changan automobile is now in a transitional period,which can provide some reference suggestions to the changan automobile company in the transitional period by studying its financial strategy and summing up its experience,and provide reference significance for the development of the automobile industry.
