| The Construction Industry has made excellent contributions to the economy of social development,as one of the most essential Industries in our country’s national economy,with its vast scale.However,Regardless of the rising labor cost,unbalanced resources and vicious competition,the Construction Industry profits minimally due to the poor inefficient management.Building Information Modeling(BIM),as an advanced technology notion,has been actively promoted by the central government in the most recent years,so that the expansion scale of the Construction Industry economy will be achieved.Nowadays,there are more and more Industry companies who have brought in BIM.Abundant researches demonstrate those companies that make a successful reform,when they applied BIM into practice,they also took Business Process Reengineering into consideration.The research focuses on a new method to apply BPR into constructional companies according to BIM conception,in order to improve constructional management efficiency and be beneficial for enterprises.The research abides by recognititon of problematic process in the constructional management,then analyze the issues,next find the solutions,last verify whether the problems have been solved or not.Those scientific steps will be carried throughout the research.Firstly,based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation way to research the entire management project process.Secondly,select the essential valuable process to re-engineer.Thirdly,combine BIM with ARIS and ESI A to the new process.Finally,verify the experimental consequence and make comparison to the previous process.The research takes the case study method,and analyzes the specific example of the process alteration.In this way,the whole process based on BIM clearly proved that the method that in this research has been proved successfully.It also makes a significant reference for further study in the future. |
