In recent years,improvement of China’s economic strengthens steadily,since the third industry represented by tourism has played a great role.Influenced by the gradual increase of per capita income and gradual changes in consumption concept,tourism has become an important way to improve the people’s life happiness index and usher in a broad development space.With the continuous upgrading of tourism consumption,the traditional model of developing tourism with a single attraction cannot cater to the general trend of tourism development.The lacks of efficient management in the development of tourism and the single product firm has been unable to meet the high-quality requirements of the masses for a high-quality life.Innovating development ideas,optimizing the development environment,and improving the quality of development have become effective ways for the sustainable development of tourism and tourism enterprises.As a new approach of tourism,smart tourism is rapidly sought after by tourism enterprises and tourists.Relying on the continuous development of information technology,the comprehensive analysis and utilization of tourism information,tourism management,service and marketing reflect the characteristics of intelligence,and these new characteristics can make the traditional tourism break the bottleneck.In this paper,Jilin Hongshi National Forest Park Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Hongshi National Forest Park)specific enterprises as a case,combined with the domestic eco-tourism industry environment and development trend,to carry out eco-tourism industry development strategy research,combined with Jilin Hongshi National Forest Park Development Strategy Research,a comprehensive analysis of China’s eco-tourism industry development status and existing problems Then,the paper puts forward the development countermeasures,which can provide examples for enriching and improving the relevant theories of enterprise strategic management,and also help to provide theoretical reference for the strategic development of eco-tourism industry.First of all,starting from the background and significance of the research topic,it stated the research content and methods,combed the theoretical basis and literature review,and further clarified the writing ideas.Secondly,based on the actual situation of the Redstone National Forest Park,using strategic related theories and analysis tools,a comprehensive analysis of the company’s development macro-environment and industry environment,so as to identify opportunities and threats for future development,and analyze the company’s internal environment.The advantages and disadvantages of the company’s development are clearly analysed.Finally,through SWOT matrix tool analysis,the future development strategy of Hongshi National Forest Park--an integrated strategy under the growth development model was formulated.In the company’s development strategy,the company puts forward short-term,mid-term and long-term goals for the company’s future development,and formulated an implementation plan for the development strategy of the Redstone National Forest Park.At the same time,it proposes four aspects of corporate culture,human resources,infrastructure,and innovative technology.The strategic safeguard measures are discussed,and the following three conclusions are drawn.The first is to seize the opportunity of the development of eco-tourism,and then promote the rapid development of enterprises by highlighting the advantages of its rich resources and characteristic products,consolidating and improving its core competitive advantages through strategic alliances.The second is to adhere to the principle of sustainable development,and then realize its own value and long-term development through coordinated enterprise with surrounding towns and villages and actively practicing social responsibility,.The third is to actively develop smart tourism and rely on the continuous development of information technology to realize comprehensive analysis and utilization of tourism information,tourism management,service and marketing intelligence,and break the bottleneck problems faced by traditional tourism development.
