Research And Application Of Software Platform Technology For Employee Training In Environmental Protection Equipment Manufacturing Industry

With the continuous development of computer network technology,the availability of network teaching system has been greatly improved,many enterprises and institutions began to use online teaching platform to carry out online teaching,and the related research is also emerging constantly.Aiming at the above problems,this paper establishes a competency model for environmental protection equipment manufacturing industry,and gives the corresponding ability evaluation index system.According to the ability evaluation index,the ability requirements of typical positions in the environmental protection equipment manufacturing industry and the actual demand of the training platform,the users are divided into four categories and the demand analysis is carried out respectively.A software prototype system for employee training in the environmental protection equipment manufacturing industry based on Moodle platform is designed and completed.The main work contents are as follows:Firstly,a competency model for the environmental protection equipment manufacturing industry was put forward.According to the characteristics of different job competence requirements and the relationship between job skills,a competency evaluation index system for the environmental protection equipment manufacturing industry employees was established,including four first-level indicators and ten second-level indicators.According to these indicators and the ability requirements of six typical positions in the environmental protection equipment manufacturing industry,the demand analysis of the online training system of environmental protection equipment manufacturing enterprises is carried out.The UML use case diagram of system administrators,training administrators,teachers and students,the key inter-business activity diagram,and the evaluation method of platform training effect were established,and the related requirements analysis of the online learning system was completed.Using Moodle platform,according to the above demand analysis results,the overall design of the system and the development of key business function modules are carried out,and a set of online training prototype system for employees in environmental protection equipment manufacturing industry is realized.In order to call the employee ability evaluation system and its index data at all levels conveniently,the secondary development interface of Moodle platform is used to carry out the function expansion,and the function of the platform is increased and improved.Through the function and performance tests of the software platform and the main modules for the training of employees in environmental protection equipment manufacturing industry,the feasibility of the related technologies and methods proposed in this paper is verified.
