| The rapid development of computerization.Although China has enacted some policies to promote the application of BIM technology,and has achieved some practical results in the application of BIM technology.However,the application of BIM in China has not been widely used,and some obstacles have affected the application of BIM.Everything that has affected the construction industry The information transformation process.Therefore,according to the current situation of the BIM application in China,an investigation on the barriers of the BIM application in the construction industry of China is proposed,which is useful to understand the degree of influence of various BIM factors,and it has some importance for the development of BIM in the future.First of all,through the study of domestic and foreign literature,to understand the status of BIM application and theory at home and abroad Through the literature,the paper finds out the relevant obstacle factors that affect the implementation of BIM in China’s construction industry,and determines the obstacle factors of BIM implementation through expert consultation method,with a total of 25 obstacle factors.The 25 obstacle factors were divided into 6 obstacle factors.Second,build a hypothetical model of obstacle factors in the BIM application based on the theory of structural equations,conduct a questionnaire survey based on these 25 obstacle factors,and collect sample data from the questionnaire.According to the data collected from the questionnaire,analyze the data through SPSS and AMOS software,and finally obtain the degree of influence of each factor.Among them,the most influential factor is the technical one.The rest are in order of rules factors,personnel factors,organizational factors,economic factors,and industry environmental factors.Finally,pointing to the most influential factors among these six types of factors,we present specific suggestions to promote the application of BIM in the construction industry of China. |
