Research On The Progress Management Of NTXH Primary School Building Construction

Different from the general engineering construction projects,whether a school construction project can delivery will decide whether the school to school on time.If the school can’t school on time,it will lead to a very bad social influence,which even drops the government credibility or affect social stability.Therefore,it is necessary to use scientific methods of schedule management tool,formulates the reasonable project progress plan,and use effectively the progress of the management measures to ensure the project schedule in order to make the school construction projects can be fully functional,quality,construction safety and reasonable investment under the premise of achieving progress,.Depend on the project management knowledge This paper choose NTXH primary complex building construction as an example,in the view of the school construction projects which lack of overall project schedule planning,lack of project progress,for preparation of schedule plan and schedule control in the process of project implementation are studied.This paper work with milestone plan,work breakdown structure(WBS),responsibility allocation matrix,working time estimate schedule management methods,to make a planning project schedule.Depend on mapping the network diagram,identify the critical path,and the schedule was optimized at the same time to draw a gantt chart.In terms of schedule control,depend on the dynamic management of the project tracking check,which to control the progress deviation rectifying,and then put forward a series of system guarantee relevant measures with the propose of ensure NTXH primary complex building construction project completed on schedule,which in order to after school class construction project progress management for reference.
