| In the era of explosive growth of knowledge,rapid iteration of science and technology and information,and continuous development of emerging science and technology,all countries have a strong awareness that talents in higher engineering education are the key to scientific and technological progress and development.The Faculty of higher engineering education is the most important resource to realize the purpose of higher engineering education.The optimization of the faculty structure is the key to improve the quality of higher engineering education.This study based on the theory of teacher professionalism and human resources management theory,Tianjin university,Shanghai jiaotong university,Massachusetts institute of technology,technical university of Munich and other colleges and universities at home and abroad as a typical case,firstly,the visual method is used to reveal the age structure,educational background structure,professional title structure,learning background structure and other dimensions of the structure of higher engineering teachers.Secondly,on the basis of summarizing the formation path of the structure of higher engineering teachers in foreign countries,the problems and causes in the structure of higher engineering teachers in China are analyzed by comparing the overall structure with the local structure.Finally,the author proposes that Some suggestions are put forward to optimize the structure of teachers in Higher Engineering Education:(1)to respect the professional characteristics of teachers in Higher Engineering Education and optimize the age structure;(2)to continuously improve the educational standards of teachers and optimize the educational structure;(3)to improve the assessment mechanism of teachers in Higher Engineering Education and optimize the job title structure;(4)to attract talents from all over the world and optimize the structure of learning edge. |
