| The construction of a new type of concentrated residential area for farmers has brought good results in protecting arable land, improving the efficiency of construction land use, alleviating the shortage of urban construction land, and improving the rural living environment. However, the promotion of "top-down" farmers’ concentrated residence has led to concentrated farmers The construction of residential areas has a certain deviation from the actual needs of farmers, which has caused farmers to be unfit in production, life and psychology after concentrated residence. In view of this, this study takes the built environment of farmers’ concentrated residential areas as the research object.Carry out systematic evaluation and analysis to explore the gap between the current situation of the construction of concentrated residential areas and the actual needs of farmers,in order to provide methodological guidance for the sustainable advancement of the construction of new-type rural concentrated residential areas.First of all, this article starts with basic theoretical research, discusses the modernization goals and demand levels of farmers as the subject of behavior in the context of centralized residence, and the connotation and mechanism of the reconstruction of the rural space object environment with farmers’ centralized residence as the dominant feature.Based on the existing post-use evaluation methods of the built environment, the post-use evaluation method for the built environment of the new-type farmer concentrated residential area is determined in this study.Secondly, based on the practice of concentrated residence of farmers in Pei County, the motivation and stage characteristics of promoting the concentrated residence of farmers in Pei County were analyzed, and based on the characteristics of village typicality, representativeness and differentiation,6 sample villages were selected.Combining the characteristics of farmers’ needs after concentrated residence, starting from the two major systems of physical space environment and humanistic space environment,a new multi-layered "system layer-element layer-index layer" has been constructed to build an environmental evaluation index system for a new type of concentrated residential area for farmers. The built environment assessment of the new-type farmers’ concentrated residential area was carried out in 6 sample villages, and the following results were obtained:(1)The evaluation score of the built environment material space after the use of the new farmer concentrated residential area in Peixian County,Xuzhou City has reached the "satisfactory" level, and the evaluation score of the humanistic space environment after the use is at the "general" level.(2)The order of the satisfaction scores of the various elements of the physical space environment is: spatial planning and layout> facility supply> transportation organization> housing characteristics> landscape environment;the order of the satisfaction scores of the various elements of the human space environment is:economic environment> community atmosphere> property Management>Community Governance>Social Security.(3)According to IPA analysis, the indicators that need to be improved in the physical space environment system are: housing performance quality, the greening form of the landscape environment, and static traffic design;the indicators that need to be improved in the human space environment system are consumption status. And income status indicators, neighborhood relations and community identification and belonging indicators, and employment security indicators.(4)Through the cluster analysis of the evaluation subjects,it is also found that the farmers’ satisfaction with the built environment evaluation of the new-type farmers’ concentrated residential area is obviously negatively correlated with the age level of the evaluation subject, and roughly positively correlated with the evaluation subject’s cultural level and family income level. Finally, based on the evaluation results of the built environment of the new farmers’ concentrated residential area,a behavioral guidance framework for each actor is proposed, and targeted solutions are proposed for the elements and indicators that need to be improved in the material space environment and the human space environment system of the concentrated residential area. |
