| With the rapid development and wide application of new energy in the automotive industry,coupled with the rapid development of science and technology,these have ignited a prairie fire for the great changes of the automobile industry.In recent years,with the increase of new car manufacturing forces,the new concepts and new technologies brought about by it have a great impact on the traditional automobile enterprises and the whole automobile market.The competition is becoming more and more fierce,and the reform is calling for.The new four modernizations of automobile is the product of the reform of automobile industry.In the new four modernizations of automobiles,intellectualization is the key of the new four modernizations,and intellectualization is the ultimate goal.In the context of the new four modernizations,major vehicle enterprises and parts companies have increased the research and development and practice of intelligent cabin technology,and the national policy has also issued the"smart car innovation and development strategy"(Draft)[1]to support the development of intelligent vehicles.In order to cope with market competition and long-term development of enterprises,the major automobile enterprises have also adjusted their strategic development direction to adapt to the industry reform.And as the auto industry parts companies also bear the brunt of the ground to become the touchstone of the new four modernizations.As an auto parts R&D company,X parts company is bound to be impacted by the new four modernizations.In order to achieve the ultimate goal of the new four modernizations,intellectualization will also become the development direction of the parts company.As the main product of the company,the development of intelligent seat is imperative.Taking x parts company as an example,based on the analysis of the development status of the company’s seat intelligent development,it is concluded that there are some problems in the process of intelligent development of the company’s seat,such as slow development of technology,lack of new technology cooperation,brain drain of R&D and strategy not landing,as well as the reasons of late start,lack of cooperation,insufficient investment and unscientific strategy formulation.On this basis,this paper analyzes and discusses the internal and external environment and competitive environment of X parts company’s seat intelligent development by PEST analysis method and Porter’s five forces model.Then,combined with SWOT and QSPM matrix analysis,it is concluded that the development of intelligent seat of X parts company needs to take the strategic route of combining WO strategy and WT strategy.In terms of specific strategy implementation,X parts company can achieve the strategic development of intelligent seat through internal management,personnel training,looking for strategic partners,mastering core technology and reserving platform technology port.At the same time,this paper also puts forward specific safeguard measures for the strategic implementation of X parts company from the aspects of organization,human resources,R&D investment,technology and intellectual property rights.This paper studies the strategic choice of intelligent seat development of X parts company under the background of new four modernizations,and puts forward corresponding implementation measures and guarantee measures for the implementation of the strategy,which can be referred by the decision-making level of enterprises.At the same time,the conclusion of this paper also has a certain reference value to the development of intelligent seat for automobile parts companies in the industry. |
