Research On The Promotion Effect Of New Infrastructure On The Regional Competitiveness Of Construction Industry

The construction industry is the pillar industry of China’s national economy.There are some problems,such as unreasonable industrial structure,large regional differences and unbalanced regional development.The competitiveness of the construction industry in some regions is seriously insufficient,and the economic benefits are obviously declining.The design of a reasonable evaluation index system of regional competitiveness of construction industry and the scientific evaluation of regional competitiveness are conducive to accurately judge the competitiveness and development trend of construction industry in various regions,so as to formulate effective countermeasures to enhance the regional competitiveness of construction industry.On the other hand,the "new infrastructure" strategy provides a new direction to solve the lack of kinetic energy in the construction industry,which contains a huge market demand.Facing the transformation of the construction industry,the industrial structure will change significantly.Under the background of the new infrastructure,the research on the regional competitiveness of the construction industry and its evolution law also has important theoretical value,which helps to clarify the relationship between the new infrastructure and the construction industry,explore the promotion of the new infrastructure on the construction industry,and more clearly understand the internal mechanism of the change of the industrial structure of the construction industry.Based on the theoretical study and research of industrial competitiveness and comprehensive evaluation methods,this paper takes the construction industry as the research object,expands the traditional evaluation of regional competitiveness of construction industry,puts forward the evaluation of new infrastructure development level,constructs the evaluation index system of new infrastructure development level and regional competitiveness of construction industry,establishes the evaluation model by using analytic hierarchy process.The new infrastructure development level and regional competitiveness of construction industry are obtained through comprehensive evaluation.We analyze their relationship,and explore the internal mechanism of the new infrastructure to improve the regional competitiveness of the construction industry.Through case analysis,correlation analysis and factor distribution analysis,we demonstrate the promotion effect of new infrastructure on the regional competitiveness of construction industry from different perspectives,and make it clear that stimulating demand growth is the main path for new infrastructure to enhance the regional competitiveness of construction industry.At the same time,it is found that each new infrastructure sector has its own emphasis in the process of promoting regional competitiveness growth.5G informatization is the most comprehensive new infrastructure sector,intercity high-speed rail is the most powerful one,and new energy sector has the greatest role in promoting the growth of means of production and industrial efficiency but with the weak ability to enhance demand growth.
