Research On Value Evaluation Of Modern And Modern Historic Buildings In Taiyuan City

As an important carrier of material cultural heritage in the city,modern historical buildings themselves have important historical,social and scientific connotations and values.In the process of rapid urban development and renewal,timely and scientifically assessing the comprehensive value of historical buildings is an important factor.Very important subject.Although there are many evaluation methods for historical buildings,there has not yet been a set of evaluation system generally recognized by the construction industry.Regarding the historical building evaluation process that overly relied on subjective evaluation and lacked objective data quantification,this article tried to establish a new set of historical building value evaluation system that combines subjective and objective evaluation,so that it can analyze the subjective evaluation method and the objective evaluation method respectively.Based on the characteristics of the integrated advantages of the two.The thesis first summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of various evaluation methods of modern historical buildings,and conducts an investigation and summary of the status quo of modern historical buildings in Taiyuan.Secondly,through the method of combining systematic literature review and grounded theory,the original data obtained through literature review,on-site investigation,and questionnaire interviews were preliminarily screened.Then,the preliminary evaluation index system of modern historical buildings in Taiyuan is established after the three steps of independence screening,rationality screening and significant screening are carried out with the initially obtained indicators.Then,fully combining the characteristics and advantages of subjective weighting methods and objective weighting methods,a combination weighting method combining analytic hierarchy process and entropy weighting method is used to determine the weight value of each indicator in the modern historical building index system of Taiyuan City.Finally,an empirical study on the value evaluation of modern historical buildings in Taiyuan is carried out using the fuzzy comprehensive method combined with the actual case of Taiyuan.The thesis tries to establish a systematic and scientific evaluation method and system for the evaluation of the value of modern and modern historical buildings in Taiyuan,in order to provide some basis and help for the protection and utilization of historical buildings.
