Research On The Strategy Of Promoting The Management Ability Of The EPC Project

At present,EPC is the most famous contracting mode in engineering filed.In general,EPC includes many stages of project,such as design,procurement,construction.EPC is benefited to saving cost and shortening the construction period for client.General Contracting mode has long history of development in international community.However,the development of EPC mode is still at an initial stage in China due to many restrictions,such as government management factor,marketing environment factor and own problem from EPC General Contracting.As the New Contracting mode of market economy development,contractor enterprise should have a clear undertaking of contracting mode in order to constantly pushing forward the development of domestic EPC business.The text briefly states the main management contents,range of application and superiority of EPC mode on the basis of concept identification of EPC mode.And introduces the development status of EPC at home and abroad.Besides,also includes the superiorities,risks,range of application and other factors of construction enterprise who is undertaking General Contracting.The text takes the EPC project as an example to do the research and analysis from aspects of three stages of design,procurement and construction.And summarizes the several suggestions of how to enhance the capability of EPC from aspects of structure organization,technology methods,thoughts and ideas.Coming up with series of solutions and rationalized suggestions to improve the EPC capability of construction enterprise by using scientific analysis and enterprise specialty.
