| In recent years,the profit of China’s construction enterprises is meager,about 3.5%.Construction enterprises should reduce costs and increase profits as much as possible while providing high-quality services and products.As an important part of the construction industry,industrial construction occupies the second largest market segment of housing construction,facing the same severe problems.With design as its main business,an electronic engineering company has experienced years of development and expansion,and its service scope has expanded to various fields such as pre engineering consultation,project management,engineering contracting,etc.The undertaking projects are mainly industrial projects,such as electronic workshop,clean workshop,anti vibration,photovoltaic power station,etc.,and also involve civil buildings.In recent years,the company is actively expanding the project contracting business,mainly including engineering general contracting,professional engineering contracting,etc.This paper takes an electronic engineering company’s project as the research object to improve the project cost management system.The first chapter is the research status of cost management at home and abroad.The second chapter determines the theoretical basis of the study.The third chapter,through literature research,questionnaire survey,expert interview,case analysis,Likert scale and other research methods to determine the problems of project cost management system.The fourth chapter analyzes the causes of the problem.In the fifth chapter,Suggestions for improvement of project cost management system.Chapter six,conclusion and prospect. |
