Shipping occupies a dominant position in the logistics system.As a logistics hub connecting land and sea freight,ports play an important role.The storage yard plays a role in the port operation chain.It is an important facility for port loading,unloading,storage,and transshipment.It directly affects port operation efficiency and operating costs,and indirectly determines the port’s throughput capacity.Under the current yard management model,problems such as lagging data information,low degree of sharing,poor accuracy,and unreasonable resource allocation have severely restricted the operation efficiency of the yard.Mature technical means are urgently needed to realize the dynamic monitoring of the yard cargo balance.In the process of automation,intelligence,and refinement of port enterprises,mature commercial technologies such as drones and 5G are constantly being integrated.The combination of drone aerial photography measurement technology and image recognition algorithm can realize the dynamic monitoring of cargo balance in the yard accurately,quickly,efficiently and economically.On the basis of the cargo balance dynamic monitoring system,by optimizing the existing yard operation process,it can give full play to the advantages of information technology,shorten the overall operation time,improve operation efficiency,reduce operation costs,and improve the port’s throughput capacity to a certain extent effectively.First of all,this article uses literature analysis and on-site investigation methods to summarize and analyze the current situation of the yard management.Based on the analysis results of the Guangzhou Port yard operation process mining example,it is proposed that the yard operation process has high manual participation,low data accuracy and timeliness.Poor performance,low operating efficiency,high operating cost,etc.,and create a process optimization performance evaluation system.The evaluation indicators are operating time,operating efficiency,operating cost,order rearrangement ratio and manual participation.Then,taking the yard transfer operation and the import business pick-up operation process as the research object,according to the current situation and existing problems,a process optimization plan is proposed.Use Color Petri-net(CPN)modeling language to construct optimized yard operation process.The CPN Tools is used to complete the model simulation to verify the feasibility of the optimization process.Finally,the performance analysis results in the case analysis of Guangzhou Port and the model simulation results are compared to evaluate the effect of the optimization of the operation process and verify the effectiveness of the process optimization.According to the results of process optimization,suggestions for optimizing the operation process of the yard are put forward to solve the problems existing in the operation process of the yard.
