| With the rapid development of China’s railway transportation industry,the operation capacity of China’s railway system has been significantly improved,and the "China standard" and "China speed" have been established in the world.It is also because of the speed-up of the railway system,China has accumulated a large number of locomotives at this stage,and the maintenance of all kinds of locomotives has become an important part of the sustainable operation of the railway system.With the special needs of locomotive maintenance and repair,the construction of locomotive maintenance base project is also more and more concerned,and the amount of investment is increasing to meet the development needs of the locomotive industry.In recent years,the locomotive maintenance base project investment is large,the construction period is tight,and the technical and quality level requirements are constantly improving.The research on the risk management of locomotive maintenance base project is more and more concerned by the engineering field.Nowadays,China’s economy is in a stage of rapid development,and construction projects are also in a major stage of development opportunities,with huge development space.At the same time,construction projects have been improved to varying degrees in investment,scale and quantity.There are always some uncertain factors in the construction of locomotive maintenance base project,which are technical and non-technical,so there are different degrees of risk problems in the construction process.If we do not take active measures to prevent and avoid these risks in the early stage,the project will cause many problems,such as safety,quality,and loss.It will also cause huge economic losses to the project investors and participants,and even threaten the safety of life and property.So it is very important to study the risk management of construction project for the company,the project itself and the participants.This paper studies and analyzes the concept,content,identification and coping strategies of engineering risk,and based on the construction project of locomotive maintenance base,taking Harbin locomotive maintenance as an example,through the engineering case study of construction enterprises,compares the current situation and theoretical analysis of engineering project risk management,and expounds the risks in the project,According to the case analysis,the method and procedure of risk management in project implementation are selected as the implementation guide of risk management and research in locomotive maintenance base project,and the analytic hierarchy process is used to classify and quantitatively explore the project cost analysis.Through the application of risk management in Harbin locomotive maintenance project,this study can help the company and managers to improve the risk awareness of project management and implementation,scientifically and reasonably formulate risk management and prevention strategies,so as to have a deep understanding of the risk management of construction projects,and ensure that the locomotive maintenance base project is implemented according to the schedule,It will escort the development of China’s railway industry and promote the better realization of the benefits of engineering projects. |
