| Engineering construction projects are an important part of China’s national economic development,which have a significant impact on regional economic development and the scientific construction of infrastructure construction system.In the process of implementation of engineering construction project,the importance of cost management is becoming increasingly prominent.The scientific engineering project cost management system can improve the comprehensive income level of engineering project.Through the full analysis of engineering project cost,we can judge the problems and deficiencies in the operation process of construction project.In the process of cost control,it can not only form sufficient support for the quality management of the project,but also enable the managers to realize the schedule optimization and further adjustment of the project plans according to the resource utilization of each link of the project,which is the core link of the project management activities.In this paper,the earned value method was applied to fully analyze the construction project progress and cost changes.Through the scientific cost control mode,the earned value method was introduced into the construction project of ZN construction company.Combined with the current situation of the project cost control work of ZN construction company,the problems existing in the cost control were analyzed and solved.Timely adjustment and optimization of the cost control system according to the change of schedule and cost also provided specific application examples for the research of project control.Through this study,it is found that ZN Construction Company has attached great importance to the cost control of construction projects,and the managers have strengthened the construction of the cost control system of construction projects and achieved good results.However,in the post-epidemic era,some problems have been exposed in the construction project cost control work of ZN Construction Company,which restricted the quality and schedule management of the construction project.Therefore,ZN Construction Company urgently needs to apply scientific methods to improve the cost control level of construction projects.Through the effective design of the specific application measures,the division of rights and responsibilities,and the application process of the earned value method,it was committed to making the earned value method play an important role in the cost control of the construction H Project of ZN Construction Company.In the meantime,the application effect of earned value method was verified and it was found that ZN Construction Company should adhere to earned value method to form support for construction project cost control.According to the specific requirements of the application of earned value method in ZN Construction Company,this paper put forward the safeguard measures of earned value method in the process of construction project cost control of ZN Construction Company from multiple perspectives,expecting to make the earned value method applied smoothly and provided help for the development of construction project cost control of ZN Construction Company. |
