| With the acceleration of the urbanization process,more and more migrants are flowing into the urban areas,bring about the imbalance between the urban planning residential population and the current primary and secondary schools,serious school gaps,and a huge number of primary and secondary schools to be built in urban master planning.It is required that the construction period of primary and secondary schools be shorter and pressure is greater than before.Since the reform and opening up,rapid development of assembly construction technology in China,and its application range from single residential developments to more complex public buildings with functional spaces.The application of prefabricated construction technology in primary and secondary school teaching buildings can solve the shortage of existing educational resources,and it is urgent and necessary to study prefabricated primary and secondary school teaching buildings.The thesis takes prefabricated primary and secondary school teaching buildings as research objects,analyzes the feasibility and necessity of prefabricated construction technology applied to primary and secondary school teaching buildings.Based on the existing theory,combined with actual cases to analyze the design method and design process of prefabricated primary and secondary school teaching buildings,and the design points in each design stage.It is expected to have a certain reference value for the creative design of contemporary contemporary architecture.The article is divided into five parts as follows:Chapter 1: It mainly includes six parts: the research background,the scope and content of the thesis,the significance and purpose of the research,the current status of the research,the research methods,and the structure of the dissertation.Chapter 2: Provide a theoretical overview of prefabricated buildings and teaching buildings in primary and secondary schools,including the definition and related concepts of prefabricated buildings,the characteristics and essential characteristics of prefabricated buildings,the types of prefabricated buildings,the basic design principles of prefabricated buildings,the elementary school construction status,the characteristics of primary and secondary school teaching buildings,the basic design principles and design points of primary and secondary school teaching buildings.On this basis,the thesis analyzes the feasibility and necessity of prefabricated construction technology applied to primary and secondary school teaching buildings.Chapter 3:Based on the design theory of prefabricated buildings and teaching buildings in primary and secondary schools,the design of prefabricated primary and secondary school teaching buildings is divided into five phases: project planning phase,scheme design phase,preliminary design phase,construction drawing design phase,and component deepening phase.The contents and key points of the design work in the five stages are analyzed.Chapter 4:This paper selects two contemporary architectural works of prefabricated buildings commonly used in primary and secondary school teaching buildings for case analysis.Combined with practice,it summarizes the design methods and design points of the prefabricated primary and middle school teaching buildings,and provides realistic and feasible design ideas for the same type of architectural design.Chapter 5: Summarizes the content of the research,the relevant conclusion,interpretation of the same type of architectural design and prefabricated building have guiding significance. |
