The advantages and characteristics of steel structure in structural system are very suitable for the transformation requirements of promoting green energy-saving buildings and industrialized production buildings in China.Affected by favorable policies at the national level,the steel structure industry has ushered in a period of rapid development,the industrial output value has increased year by year,and the number of qualified steel structure professional contracting enterprises has increased rapidly.In this context,the owner’s selection of steel structure enterprises with comprehensive strength and construction quality assurance ability will effectively avoid construction quality risks and improve product competitiveness.This paper evaluates the construction quality assurance ability of steel structure enterprises from the perspective of the owner.Firstly,based on the study of the existing engineering quality management and evaluation theory,this paper summarizes the existing research results and leads to the topic of this paper.Then,on the basis of literature research and fishbone diagram analysis,various factors affecting the construction quality of steel structure engineering are analyzed.The quality influencing factors are classified according to the five aspects of 4M1 E,and 47 influencing factors in five aspects are obtained.The quality influencing factors are refined according to the selection principle of evaluation indexes,so as to establish the initial evaluation index of steel structure construction quality assurance ability.Through questionnaire analysis and reliability and validity test,the final evaluation index system is established after screening the indicators,including 5 primary indicators and 19 secondary indicators.By comparing various evaluation methods,this paper adopts fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Firstly,the data were obtained by questionnaire method,and the indexes were assigned weights by using hierarchical analysis.Then,four levels of comment sets are determined,and the evaluation criteria of each index are established.According to the steps of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of steel structure construction quality assurance ability is constructed.Finally,Taking Hangzhou H project as an example,using the evaluation model,through the comparison of the two evaluation results,it is found that the construction quality assurance ability of steel structure enterprises has been effectively improved after taking targeted improvement measures.It shows that the evaluation model is feasible and has certain guiding significance for quality control in the construction process of steel structure engineering.
