| With the increase of anti-corruption efforts of China in recent years,corruption issues have been highly concerned to the whole society.As a kind of judicial corruption,great important has been attached to the police corruption because of it’s great social harm.How to curb corruption has become an issue of common concern by the public security organs,political departments and the judicial circles.With the deepening of the anti-corruption,more and more police corruption was uncovered,and a lot of problem came out of the corruption control.People realized that the prevention and control of the police corruption requires a more scientific theory and practical guidance.In order to promote the development of domestic anti-corruption work,this paper,whose research topic is the prevention and control of the police corruption,has fully considered the facts of the domestic police corruption and analyzed the causes and control strategies to the police corruption.This article clears the denfinition and meaning of the police corruption in the first place by critically referencing the domestic and foreign relevant theories,then analyzes of the types and characteristics of the police corruption from multiple angles for a better understanding of it.In the second part,the article analyzes a variety of factors that trigger and aggravate the police corruption from the angles of age,environment,management,oversight and police themselves.In the last part,the paper clears the basic principles and guidelines police to the corruption control,and analyzes the management strategy to the police corruption,based on the concept,types,characteristics and causes of the police corruption. |
