Research On The Construction Of Village Party Organizations In Awati County,Xinjiang

Since the 18th Party Congress,the Party Central Committee has promoted the comprehensive and strict management of the Party and promoted the self-revolution.It has exerted immeasurable and far-reaching influence on the party,the country,and the nation.In 2015,when General Secretary Xi Jinping inspected Xinjiang,he pointed out that the key to achieving social stability and long-term stability in Xinjiang is that the party relies on a strong cadre team,a strict grassroots organizational system,and a working mechanism for mass employment.In particular,the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China stood at a new historical starting point,emphasizing the continued unwavering courage to self-revolution,comprehensively and rigorously administering the party,and promoting the party’s political construction,ideological construction,organizational construction,work style construction,and discipline construction in an all-round way.To realize the normalization of system construction and comprehensively strengthen the ruling ability.Therefore,studying the construction of rural party organizations in Xinjiang is in line with the needs of the times and has strong practical significance.This paper conducts a questionnaire survey and interview investigation on the construction of village-level party organizations in Awati County,Xinjiang,and analyzes the outstanding problems in the process of village-level party organization construction,and puts forward targeted and actionable countermeasures and suggestions based on local actual conditions.This article is divided into three parts,the first part is the first chapter to the third chapter,carrying out literature research on domestic and foreign research results,focusing on Xi Jinping’s discussion on the construction of grassroots party organizations in the socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era,and summarizing the related meanings,contents and characteristics of grassroots party organizations,management studies and organizational structure.Explain and analyze the current status of rural grassroots party organizations in Awati County,Aksu Prefecture,Xinjiang Region and even the whole country.The second part is the fourth chapter.Through the questionnaire survey and individual interviews,from the role of fighting fortress,the core role of leadership,the ability of party members and cadres to serve the masses,the organization and standard operation,the status quo of party members,etc.,the village of Awati County,Xinjiang Conducting investigations and studies on the construction of party organizations at the level,and analyzing and summarizing the outstanding problems in the development of party organizations at the village level.The third part is the fifth chapter,which is the focus of this thesis.Combining the thoughts of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,making full use of management science,organizational system and party building theory,conduct countermeasure analysis while aiming at the weak links in the current village-level party organization construction in Awati County,Xinjiang.Exploring countermeasures and providing suggestions from five aspects:strict management of the party,strengthening of leadership,building and strengthening the ranks of party members and cadres,standardizing the operation of the system,and improving the quality of party members.Further enhance the role of the village-level party organization fighting bastion,and provide a strong political guarantee for the decisive battle to achieve a comprehensive well-off society and achieve the goal of "two hundred years."...
