Research On Community Sharing Model Based On Structural Equation Model

As the basic unit of urban development and social governance,community is not only rich in material culture,but also an important carrier of people’s livelihood.However,in the process of community construction,development and governance,China relies on government control and control,with a strong administrative color,and community autonomy in the true sense has not been achieved.At present,with the rapid prosperity of sharing economy,the interest needs of community residents begin to be diversified,and the structure,function and nature of community in the traditional sense are alienated due to the capital reconstruction.At the same time,due to the relatively closed living environment,the interpersonal relationship appears cold and strange,resulting in the emergence of social problems.How to rethink the orientation of community is not only related to the self-interests of community residents,but also related to the stability and prosperity of social development.For this purpose,this paper first explores the typical features of the community sharing model on the basis of the social capital theory,the sharing economy theory and the complex adaptive system theory,and on the basis of the actual cases and research dynamics of community construction under different sharing modes.Secondly,by summarizing the characteristics of this Shared community and referring to the literature,a questionnaire was set up and the relevant variables needed for the model construction were determined.Furthermore,through the analysis of the questionnaire data,this paper summarizes the problems that may occur in the process of constructing the reality of community sharing mode.Then,based on the structural equation model,the community sharing model is constructed from seven dimensions: common consciousness,common participation,open organization,community collaborative governance（management system）,resource sharing,community economic status and the recognition degree of the Shared community.Finally,through the empirical conclusion of the paper,the internal correlation between variables is deduced,and according to this internal correlation,necessary support and relevant policy suggestions are provided for the scheme design of community sharing mode.Combined with 2020 new coronavirus pneumonia（COVID-19）during the outbreak of Wu Han city community governance problems,through the study found that,in this paper,the following conclusions: first,factor analysis is verified by the common participation,resource sharing,open,collaborative governance organizations and community consisting of five parts sharing community has good structure validity.Second,under the guidance of the new economic thinking of "Internet +",the mode of community sharing starts to be recognized.Thirdly,the positive correlation between community economic status and open organizations and the positive correlation between community economic status and community collaborative governance is not significant and not supported,it shows that the current community economic status has not played its due role in the construction of community sharing model.
