Research On Collaborative Governance Path Of Guiyang Hui Min Fresh Food Supermarket System Construction Project From The Perspective Of Stakeholders

"Vegetable basket" is an indispensable non-staple food for the people every day,which is related to whether the people’s demand for a better life can be met.Its price is the basic component of China’s consumer price index(CPI)accounting,especially the "vegetable basket" product sales terminal,which is more of the "great people’s livelihood" that affects social production and social harmony and stability.In order to better solve the problem of "difficult to buy vegetables and expensive to buy vegetables",Guiyang Hui Min fresh supermarket system construction project came into being.This paper introduces the background,development process,current advantages and participation of various stakeholders of the project,finds some problems reflected in the project by means of questionnaire survey and interview,such as the lack of unified work objectives,the lack of effective feedback and evaluation,and the inconsistent interest objectives of all parties of the project,etc.In order to let the government,enterprises,citizens,social organizations and other stakeholders actively and orderly participate in the governance ofthe project,this paper starts from the basic connotation of stakeholder theory and collaborative governance theory,identifies and analyzes the stakeholders of the project,and expounds the demands of all stakeholders.From the perspective of stakeholders,the collaborative governance path of supervision,feedback and evaluation,and the collaborative governance path of interests are set up to indicate the direction for the project to maintain the normal operation of public welfare and the full participation of stakeholders in the project cooperation.From the perspective of stakeholders,the collaborative governance of the construction project of Guiyang Hui Min fresh supermarket system can meet the needs of Guiyang citizens for the "vegetable basket" products.It also provides a certain reference for other livelihood security projects that need the participation of multiple stakeholders such as government,enterprises,citizens and social organizations,so that all stakeholders can participate in and enjoy the results of social governance。...
