| With the extensive promotion of the standardization construction of national pension services,as an important place in the field of pension services,the internal branches and services of pension institutions inevitably comply with the development requirements of the standardization construction period.The professional social work service,which focuses on humanistic care and spiritual needs,is constantly following the requirements of standardization construction with the efforts of improving service quality and standardizing professional methods.Although the standardization construction of social work is an important means to standardize the service behavior and method content of social workers in the current period,the implementation of macro policies in the process of practical service has encountered the dilemma of the lack of technical methods of standard system construction or the separation of the standard system and the reality of front-line social work service,As a result,the construction of standard system,the core part of standardization construction,is lack of strength,and at the same time,the non professional standard system construction method causes unnecessary resource loss.This paper takes Chongqing as the research scope,and selects the Y elderly care institution which has made remarkable achievements in carrying out standardization construction in Chongqing as the case study object.Through a three-month investigation and practice,the author collected data and data on the construction of social work standard system of each demonstration establishment of pension institutions in Chongqing,so as to fully understand the general status and existing problems of the construction of social work standard system of pension institutions in Chongqing.Then,focusing on the standardization of Chongqing from the perspective of point to point,the author mainly combines the connotation of standardization science and the method principle of standardization science,summarizes and refines the successful experience of the construction of social work standard system of Y pension institution,and finally presents a set of Y pension institution’s self-made system construction of social work Make the operation method and path process of the standard system.The author can summarize the methods and paths of the construction of social work standard system in Y pension institutions as follows: support the formation of standard system construction methods and technologies based on the principle of standardized scientific theory,buildsthe standard system framework based on thenational standard system of service industry,combs the actual content of social work based on the principle of bottom-up,and classifiesall work items into the standard system according to the standard attributes.The above links are closely connected and progressive.Finally,according to the particularity and difference of all kinds of elderly care institutions in Chongqing,the author analyzes the defects of popularizing the methods presented in this case. |
