Research On Inter-organizational Collaboration Among The Institutions Involving In The Entry And Exit Port Management In Zhuhai City

The port is a platform and window for the country to open to the outside world,understand the world trend,integrate into the international community,participate in international cooperation and exchanges,and is an important link between China and other countries and regions,the Chinese market and other markets,and the global distribution of resources.It also has a fundamental and even decisive role in industrial transfer and upgrading in various countries or regions.Since the practice and reform and opening up in 1978,40 years have passed,and China has made major breakthroughs and great progress in the work of foreign ports.However,under the high light,we still need to remain awake.There are still many difficult problems to be solved in the process of management reform of port work.If you let these problems exist,it will hinder the efficiency of port work and will also affect China’s construction of an open economic system.In the past few years,the Party Central Committee and various port management departments have recognized this problem and have tried to solve the problems in the port work.In the process of “crossing the river by feeling the stones”,they have taken a number of port cooperation work.As a result,it has achieved remarkable results,but the problem is not solved by one stroke.There are still many problems to be solved.In the author’s view,there are mainly the following aspects: the limited areas and powers and responsibilities of the cooperative units in each resident unit Problems such as unclear crossover and lack of coordination of actions.Promoting cooperation among the various resident units is still the top priority for resolving port governance.
