| In 2018,the Shanghai municipal government published the "guiding opinions on promoting and strengthening the work of childcare services for children under 3 years old in Shanghai",is required to establish and improve the system and mechanism of childcare service management through government guidance,family orientation and multivariate supply.At present,the supply of childcare services for children of low age in Shanghai is diversified,but the supply of childcare services for children of low age is still in short supply and there are many problems.This paper studies and analyzes the multivariate supply of childcare services for infant in Shanghai.This is of great significance to solve the dilemma of the development of childcare services in Shanghai and guide the diversified supply of childcare services towards systematization and institutionalization.This paper using the quasi-public goods theory,welfare pluralism and demand level theory as a guide,combined with the actual situation of child care services for infant of low age,studies and analyzes the multivariate supply of childcare services for infant in Shanghai,and the method of questionnaire survey,field interviews related subjects,to child care services for infant in Shanghai nursery service development present situation carries on the detailed analysis and research.Firstly,through theoretical research,clarify the nature of childcare.Then through empirical research,the supply and demand structure of childcare services in Shanghai is analyzed to find out the contradiction between supply and demand of childcare services.The third step is to analyze and study the approaches and methods for multiple subjects of childcare services to participate in childcare services at the present stage,find out their advantages and disadvantages,conduct quantitative analysis based on practical cases and survey and interview results,and find out the factors influencing the real construction of multivariate supply system of childcare services for infant.Finally,the countermeasures and Suggestions for the establishment of a comprehensive multivariate supply system of childcare services for infant in Shanghai are given.The thesis draws two conclusions through research.First,for the selection ofchild-care modes outside the family,it is mainly limited by the current shortage of child-care services for low-age children.The key to solve this problem is to improve the supply of child-care services and build a solid multivariate supply system of child-care services for low-age children.Second is the biggest factor influencing the choice of family childcare is the distrust of institutions.To solve this problem,on the one hand,we should try our best to solve the hidden danger of safety and health and rebuild people’s confidence in childcare institutions.On the other hand,increase the propaganda of education,so that the public rational way of childcare. |
