The beautiful ecological environment is the basis for satisfying the people’s needs for a better life,and it is the most beneficial well-being of people’s livelihood.The construction of ecological civilization focuses on the happiness of the people and the future of the nation.Only by deepening the construction of ecological civilization can we satisfy the people’s appeal for a better life,resolve the main contradictions of society,and realize the modernization of harmony between man and nature.As an theoretical guide to the construction of ecological civilization in China,Marx’s ecological view provides us with methods and wisdom to solve ecological problems.Marx believes that the root of the contradiction between man and nature lies in the alienation of the relationship between people,and the root of the alienation of human relations lies in the capitalist system.The capitalist system is the "culprit" of the ecological crisis,which is essentially anti-ecological,and it cannot solve the ecological crisis fundamentally.Only by reforming the capitalist system can the harmony between man and nature and between man and man become a reality.Marx’s ecological view reveals that the ecological crisis is essentially an institutional crisis.Strengthening the construction of an ecological civilization system is an important way to resolve the ecological crisis.Civilization in its surface,the system inside.As a kind of rule and order,social system is not only an important counterweight to regulate the social relationship between people,but also a solid guarantee for the healthy operation of society.System construction is the essential requirement and fundamental guarantee for the construction of ecological civilization.Strengthening the construction of ecological civilization system is the fundamental means to solve China’s current ecological problems.Compared with capitalist countries,China’s ecological civilization construction has obvious institutional advantages,mainly reflected in public ownership,political party system and cultural system.Relying on the advantages of the socialist system,China has made remarkable achievements in building an ecological civilization.However,the construction of ecological civilization system in China started late,there are still have some deficiencies,mainly reflected in system supply,system implementation and system feedback.Capitalism can not solve the ecological crisis,but its ecological construction experience still has reference value.Referring to the experience of developed capitalist countries according to local conditions,it is helpful to improve the construction of ecological civilization system.However,it is necessary to be vigilant that the ecological construction of developed capitalist countries has never been separated from the framework of capitalist system,and that there is a deep crisis hidden behind its ecological development model,which should be taken as a warning.To sum up,China’s ecological civilization system construction should be integrated into the economic,political,cultural and social fields to play a role: in the economic level,stimulate the vitality of ecological economy,improve the ecological economic system;At the political level,strengthen law enforcement,improve the administrative system;At the cultural level,we should build consensus on the concept of ecological civilization and improve the science and education system for green development.At the social level,we should enhance the awareness of ecological responsibility and improve the public participation mechanism. |
