Research On The Prevention And Control System Of Campus Bullying

In recent years,school bullying incidents have caused frequent public concern.However,due to the long-term tolerance of bullying on campus and the lack of effective prevention and control measures,it is impossible to effectively curb the occurrence of bullying on campus.There have been more cases of bullying on campus,and the trend of younger age has seriously jeopardized the healthy growth of adolescents.Therefore,research and establishment of anti-campus bullying prevention and control system is of great significance to protect the healthy development of young people’s physical and mental health.In nature,school bullying and school violence,general conflict behaviors have different subjects,different behaviors,different periods of behavior,different violent means,and subjectively malicious.At present,the prevention and control measures of school bullying in China mainly use schools as the main body to prevent and control school bullying,emphasize cross-departmental collaboration and adopt diversified governance methods.At the same time,the outstanding problem is that the prevention and treatment measures prescribed by the policy pay too much attention to ideological and moral education and psychological education and prevention and control policies.The content and legal provisions are not uniform,the responsibility of the main body of prevention and control is not clear,the specific correction and rescue measures are lacking in the prevention and control policies,and the provisions on disciplinary measures in the prevention and treatment policies are too principled.By drawing on the experience of school bullying prevention policies in the United States and the United States,this paper proposes to promote the prevention and control of school bullying to the legislative level,to ensure that the policy formulation can be relied upon,to clarify the responsibility of relevant subjects in the prevention and control of school bullying,and to establish anti-campus bullying.Post-event prevention policies,anti-campus bullying policies and measures are incorporated into the teaching system,improving the correction and rescue mechanism against anti-campus bullying,and refining the disciplinary measures against anti-campus bullying.Through the establishment of a school bullying prevention and control policy system,a long-term mechanism for comprehensive social governance will be established to provide effective institutional guarantees for curbing school bullying and creating a good campus environment.
