| As of the end of 2020,there are a huge number of disabled people in our country,and they are getting more and more attention from all walks of life,but the needs of disabled caregivers have been ignored.They also face multiple dilemmas,both materially and psychologically.Caregivers are prone to low self-esteem,self-denial and other psychological problems under the influence of external discrimination,physical overdraft,and the multiple problems of the disabled themselves.This kind of problem is related to the environment the caregiver is in,and it also makes them have a wrong perception of themselves,are not confident in themselves,doubt their own abilities,reduce their sense of self-efficacy,and fall into pessimism and inferiority.Their problems and needs need full attention and help.Therefore,this study takes disabled caregivers as the main research object,pays attention to the self-efficacy of disabled caregivers,and takes the improvement of their self-efficacy as the main goal.This research is based on social cognitive theory,group work is the main intervention method,and group activities are designed based on the four sources of self-efficacy(personal achievement,alternative experience,verbal persuasion,and physiological state).The self-efficacy of caregivers is improved mainly by increasing personally experienced efficacy information,alternative efficacy information,persuasive efficacy information and physiological efficacy information.Through surveys and scale measurements,it is found that disabled caregivers have a low sense of self-efficacy.Their lives lack effectiveness information derived from personal experience,lack of alternative effectiveness information,lack of persuasive effectiveness information and physiological effectiveness information.Their needs for financial assistance,spiritual support,understanding and respect,and social interaction are not fully met.In this study,a group work service plan is formulated in response to these problems and needs,mainly focusing on group discussions,completing group tasks,group member sharing,games and other links,based on personal achievements,alternative experience,and language proposed by Bandura the four sources of self-efficacy,persuasion and physiological state,are designed to increase interventional methods for the four aspects of efficacy information for disabled caregivers.Through the evaluation of the self-efficacy scale,it is found that ways of increasing self-efficacy information can improve the self-efficacy of caregivers of persons with disabilities.Feeling has a positive impact.Generally speaking,the use of group work methods has a significant effect on improving the self-efficacy of disabled caregivers.They not only develop positive beliefs about their own abilities,support and help each other,talk about their inner pressures and feelings,and apply group experience to real life.At the same time,they can also be full of hope for the disabled and future life,and face life positively and optimistically.. |
