With the continuous development of history,the times are changing rapidly.In October 2017,the nineteenth Congress of the Communist Party of China was successfully held in Beijing.The nineteen major reports of the Communist Party of China clearly released the strategic signal of "Rural Revitalization".The report points out the important position of the "three rural" problems in the work of the party,and proposes to strengthen basic basic work in rural areas and make efforts to build a "three rural" work team.It points out the future direction for the township civil servants in the front line of the new countryside,and also puts forward higher requirements for the management of the township civil servants.The township civil servants have great responsibilities.As the backbone of sustained and rapid development of rural areas,we need more resources to tilt.At present,the service period of the township civil servants,the transfer of civil servants in the exchange of communication and the training and management of the new employment of civil servants have a clear regulation and management,and the related systems are being constantly improved.But in the whole civil servants,more than 60%of the township civil servants are faced with many problems such as low wages,incomplete promotion channels and obvious formalization of assessment and training.The incentive mechanism of township civil servants still needs to be created and strengthened,and the incentive measures for the township civil servants in the new era of socialism must be constantly innovating and improving.In this paper,taking the civil servants in Dan yang as an example,the present situation of the incentive mechanism of the township civil servants is comprehensively grasped and the problems existing in the incentive mechanism of the township civil servants in the city are found,including the defects in the salary and salary system,the unimpeded ways of promotion,the incomplete education and training system and the defects of the assessment system,and the combination of the excitation of the civil servants in the town of Dan yang.The related theory of incentive mechanism has deeply excavated the deep reasons for the poor operation of the incentive mechanism of the township civil servants,including the supporting system level,the cognitive concept level and the practical operation level.Then,in view of the problems and causes above,and drawing on the experience at home and abroad and the existing measures,the concrete incentive mechanism of township civil servants has been formulated.Measures,through improving the assessment system,promotion system,implementing the final elimination system of assessment and promoting the interactive development of the system,the incentive system can be perfected from the root of the system.By increasing the policy inclination,adjusting the standard in time,ensuring the effectiveness of the competition and the strict guarantee of fairness,the diversified wage mechanism will be established,and through the smooth development channel,the construction of the administrative culture and the guidance of the government In order to improve the incentive mechanism of township civil servants,the township civil servants will provide the rule of law by renewing the concept of training,reforming the training mode,standardizing the training content and promoting the process of the rule of law.It is hoped that it has a certain significance for the incentive mechanism research of Dan yang township civil servants,the management of civil servants and the construction of service-oriented government.
