Embedding And De-embedding:An Analysis Of The Evolutionary Path Of Rural Community Governance Innovation Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

Rural community governance is the only way to comprehensively promote rural revitalization,and it is also a key link in promoting the modernization of national governance systems and governance capabilities.At present,our country has gradually established a rural community governance pattern of multi-subject co-governance,but the depth and breadth of governance are still insufficient.Continuous exploration and innovation are needed to promote the further evolution of the multi-subject co-go vernance structure and enter a more advanced stage.Existing research focuses on the strategies and methods of rural community governance innovation,and the research is relatively fragmented.Research on the evolution path of rural community governance innovation from a holistic perspective is relatively insufficient.Taking the practical innovation of rural community governance in the Anshun Economic and Technological Development Zone in Guizhou Province as an example,this research is based on the embeddedness theory and divides the various elements embedded in the rural community governance in the Anshun Economic and Technological Development Zone in Guizhou Province into internal elements and Two types of external factors,on this basis,abstract a multi-element embedding typology model,construct an analysis framework along the origin-run-effect thinking,and analyze the causes of the multi-element embedding model in the Economic and Technological Development Zone of Anshun City,Guizhou Province.,Mechanism,effect and limits,and look forward to the evolution path of different stages of rural community governance under the background of rural revitalization.The practical innovation of rural community governance in the Economic and Technological Development Zone of Anshun City,Guizhou Province arises from the special background of its "dual identity",which embodies the process of continuous interaction and influence of multiple elements.These elements eventually form different power ratios.The corresponding effectiveness and the limits set by the element itself and the nature of the economic development zone itself.Multi-element embedding is a feasible path of rural community governance,and the final evolution path is from "embedding" to"de-embedding",that is,multi-element embedding rural community governance has a two-stage evolution path.In the "embedding" stage,we must adhere to the "five-in-one"optimization plan to achieve a balanced multi-factor embedding;in the "de-embedding"stage,we must establish the development mechanism of the rural community itself,and finally realize the independent development of the rural community.
