Research On The Training Of Civil Servants In Yixian To Lift Out Of Poverty Accurately

In 2015,the Party Central Committee sounded the clarion of call to fight poverty,eliminate poverty,improve people’s livelihood and gradually realize common prosperity.This is an essential requirement of socialism and a solemn commitment by the Chinese Communists to the Chinese people.In the report of the 19th National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping once again proposed that we must adhere to accurate poverty alleviation and targeted poverty alleviation so as to lift all rural poor people out of poverty.In this context,Yixian County is a provincial-level poverty county in Liaoning Province.In 2016 and 2017,a total of 38,363 people were lifted out of poverty and 85 poor villages were sold.In 2018,45 poor villages will have the task of selling their numbers in order to lift 5,000 people out of poverty.In the task of poverty alleviation entering the difficult period and deep water area,it is of great practical significance to study the problem of accurate poverty alleviation training for civil servants in Yixian.Firstly,I will define the concept of accurate poverty alleviation,civil servant training,precise poverty alleviation training,the precise poverty alleviation work to civil service training requirements and support for the theoretical basis of this article.Secondly,the current situation of the training of the civil servants in Yixian county for accurate poverty alleviation includes the composition of the civil servants in Yixian county for accurate poverty alleviation,the basic measures of the training for accurate poverty alleviation in Yixian,as well as the existing problems and causes.Finally,some countermeasures are put forward.It mainly focuses on enriching the concept of training,innovating the content of training,strengthening the construction of teachers,and improving the institutional mechanisms.It is hoped that through the study of this topic,it will help Yixian to fight against poverty,and it will also be a reference for civil service training in other poor places.
