Research On The Cultural Governance Of Urban Communities In Chongqing In The New Era

The Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China has made it clear that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.It calls for the construction of a socialist social governance system with Chinese characteristics and a social governance pattern of co-construction,co-governance and sharing.As a culture of values,ideology and spiritual materialization,it undoubtedly plays a self-evident value guiding role in the national governance system in the new era,and plays a decisive role in enriching the people's spiritual world and building a socialist social governance system with Chinese characteristics.Community governance as the center of social governance,the level of community cultural governance can reflect the living standards of community residents at the micro level,and at the macro level is related to the stability and harmonious development of the whole community and even the society.Throughout the development process of community cultural governance in China,theoretical research on community cultural governance is relatively scarce.From the perspective of theory and practice,how to make the theory and practice of community cultural governance go hand in hand is an urgent problem to be solved in the process of community cultural governance in the new era.Chongqing has made some achievements in the practice of cultural governance in urban communities,but there are still problems in the mechanism,mode and personnel of cultural governance in urban communities.Therefore,this paper takes the cultural governance of urban communities in Chongqing as the research object.The full text mainly aims at the current situation of the practice of cultural governance of urban communities in Chongqing in the new era,the problems faced in the process of governance and the solutions to the problems.Through a more systematic study,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are given.In the early stage of this paper,the relevant contents of community culture governance at home and abroad are sorted out and synthesized,and the current situation of community culture governance in Chongqing is analyzed by combining theory with practice.In the later stage,the problems and causes of current community culture governance in Chongqing are studied and analyzed on the basis of field research,and the countermeasures and suggestionsare put forward to improve the cultural governance in Chongqing's urban community in the new era.Suggestions for the construction and development of Chongqing urban community culture.The text framework of this paper is divided into five parts: The first part,mainly for the research background,purpose,significance,methods,innovations and main research contents,etc.are described,and a brief overview of relevant research at home and abroad is made.The second part is the theoretical explanation of community cultural governance.It mainly defines the concepts of community,community culture,cultural governance,community cultural governance and so on.At the same time,it summarizes the governance theory,collaborative governance theory and demand level theory related to this paper,which lays a theoretical foundation for the study of this paper.The third part focuses on the analysis of the characteristics of Chongqing urban community culture governance in the new era,and briefly describes the guiding ideology,characteristics of the times and the new requirements of community culture governance in the new era.The fourth part,on the basis of clarifying the basic situation of cultural governance in urban communities in Chongqing,through field visits,surveys and questionnaires,and taking Beibei A community in Chongqing as the research object,investigates and studies the situation of community cultural governance in Beibei A community in Chongqing,and advances the difficulties and problems faced in the process of Cultural Governance in urban communities in Chongqing based on relevant literature.Through the overall analysis and research,it is found that in the current practice of community cultural governance in Chongqing,there are still some problems,such as insufficient participation of the main body of community cultural life,unbalanced supply and demand ability of community cultural services,low level of community cultural activities and insufficient innovation ability of community cultural governance.The fifth part,based on the analysis of the current situation of cultural governance in Beibei A community in Chongqing,puts forward the suggestions and Countermeasures of cultural governance in Chongqing urban community in the new era,aiming at the problems found in the field survey: enhancing the participation of themain body of cultural life in the community,balancing the supply and demand of cultural services in the community,innovating the practical form of cultural activities in the community,strengthening the shaping of values,and at the core price of socialism.Relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,such as values,family ethos education integration into community cultural governance.
