The Influnence Of Retirement Group On The Choice Of Children’s Unit Nature Under The "Dual-track System"

This paper mainly studies the influence of retirement group on the choice of children’s units under the "dual-track system".Under the background of the"dual-track system",the study on the influence of the difference in the nature of the parent’s unit on the choice of the children’s unit can reflect the intergenerational career flow phenomenon in China.Therefore,on the basis of the existing research,this paper locates the research objects in the retired population and their children in cities and towns,analyzes the differences in unit nature and related mechanisms of retired population,and studies the influence of the unit nature of the parent generation on the choice of unit nature of children.After the retirement group has spent a lifetime of career,children may re-judge their own career choice based on their father’s experience in career selection,and the choice of children’s unit nature is essentially a refinement of the category of career choice.The concept of unit nature in this paper is based on the "dual-track system",which divides state-owned enterprises and party and government organs into government institutions,and the remaining categories into non-government institutions.The content of the study is in fact the reality of the intergenerational career mobility phenomenon in the choice of the nature of children’s units.At present,there have been many scholars studied the intergenerational occupational mobility,the parent of occupational affect children’s career choice,but few scholars will be located in the object of study under the background of the "dual pension scheme" retired groups,especially the children from the Angle of intergenerational occupational mobility unit nature selected study is less,so this article on the basis of existing literature intergenerational occupational mobility problems are extended,and connecting with the background of China’s unique "dual pension scheme",to in-depth study of the problems,the obtained conclusion career options in the reality of today’s children also has a certain reference value.Under the background of "dual-track system",the difference in unit nature is actually a kind of institutional difference.After the father’s career ends,due to the difference in the unit nature of the father’s generation,the children will conduct horizontal and vertical analysis of the difference,which will have an impact on the choice of the unit nature of the children.This paper use the China social comprehensive survey database(CGSS)descriptive analysis of data,calculate the"dual pension scheme" under the authority institution and the authority institution for the retired group’s annual pension,annual average net value of life and pension replacement rate value,to illustrate the properties of two kinds of unit system and group rights and interests.Data analysis shows that after deploying a pension in 2006 countries,annual pension for the retired group in government institutions began to significantly higher than the annual pensions for the retired group agencies and institutions,although two groups average annual growth of almost flat,but because of the initial retired pension gap base node is larger,after considering time effect of compound index,the same increase in after years of pensions for the retired group agencies and institutions will be far higher than the authority institution;In terms of the average annual net worth of life,the retired population of government agencies and public institutions has increased significantly since 2008,while the retired population of non-government agencies and public institutions has decreased significantly.In terms of the pension replacement rate,the average pension replacement rate of government agencies and public institutions is around 80%with an upward trend,while the pension replacement rate of non-government agencies and public institutions is around 60%with a downward trend.According to this descriptive analysis,it can be seen that the pension gap between retired groups widens the institutional gap between government institutions and non-government institutions,while children,as rational economic persons,will change their expected career choice and income according to this institutional gap,and affect their choice of unit nature.In empirical analysis,this paper uses Logistic model to simulate the relevant variables mixed panel regression analysis,the following three conclusions:one is the parent of the nature of the unit as the authority institution,the unit properties of children will choose,agencies and institutions in our country children in unit nature choice,more show is risk averse,nature choice of path dependence exists between intergenerational unit.At the same time,whether the paternal relatives are the father or the mother,as long as the unit nature of one of the two is the institution,will have an impact on the unit nature of the children’s choice of the institution,in which the influence of the father is slightly higher than that of the mother.The influence of the intergenerational unit nature among the paternal members of the original family is even stronger than the influence of the children’s own factors on the choice of unit nature.At the same time,the institutional differences of the "dual-track system" will affect children’s expected occupational income,which is the intermediate mechanism that affects children’s choice of unit nature.The overall transmission mechanism is the institutional differences in the nature of the parent’s unit that affect children’s expected occupational income,and thus affect children’s choice of unit nature.Second,the policy reform related to the "dual-track system" will affect children’s choice of the nature of the unit.Show the sample regression,this paper points after the reform of pension distribution link in 2006,retired pension gap enlargement between groups,lead to a "dual pension scheme" system differences,children choose within the system unit from non positive to positive sexual nature,show that pension reform increased the two units of the nature of system differences,the two groups,the widening gap between the rights and interests of the direction of change the nature of children unit selection.Third,the degree of political and economic development will affect the choice of intergenerational unit nature.In the politically centered northern provinces,children are more likely to choose the unit nature of government agencies and public institutions.In the more developed southern provinces,the probability of children choosing non-government institutions is higher than the nature of government institutions.In conclusion,this article first expounds the "dual pension scheme" retired group under the background and significance of research on children’s career choice,the main research contents and innovation and insufficient points,by analyzing the related literature at home and abroad,the "dual pension scheme",retired pension replacement rate of groups and their children’s career choice of relevant theory and related studies were reviewed,and the four aspects to carry on the reasonable integration,in order to grasp the overall research direction of the article.Secondly,based on the data of China general social survey(CGSS),this paper analyzes the differences in annual pension,annual net living value and pension replacement rate between the retired groups of government institutions and non-government institutions,and expounds the differences in institutional and group rights and interests between government institutions and non-government institutions according to the analysis results.Finally,this paper USES the Logistic model using Chinese general social survey(CGSS)in 2003,2006,2008,2010,the survey data in 2013 and 2015,the sample on the basis of regression to his father,the introduction of expected income as the intermediate mechanism mechanism analysis,and then through regression analysis and robustness testing sample test and verify the reliability of the conclusion,which explain the parent unit property of the impact of unit nature choice for their children.Through in-depth analysis of this problem,the author hopes to put forward some referential Suggestions for the intergenerational career flow in China and help solve the problem of unequal rights and interests caused by income inequality and social class differentiation in China.
