Research On Intelligent Community Service For The Aged

With the advent of the aging era,population aging has become a social problem we must face,only through the current pension service resources,models and technology gradually unable to meet the growing demand for pension services.In the current environment,with the development of Internet technology,big data technology and Internet of Things technology,the old-age service mode has also undergone amazing changes.Wearable equipment for real-time monitoring of signs,one-button call system for real-time alarm,Internet-based remote diagnosis and treatment technology and so on,these advanced technologies have injected new blood into the old-age service,and the elderly can enjoy the service of convalescent professional services at home,which greatly improves the efficiency and quality of the old-age service.Taking Beijing as an example,this paper introduces the current situation of community pension in Beijing,analyzes and summarizes the problems and reasons faced by the development of community pension services in Beijing.On this basis,the paper introduces the beneficial exploration of Hangzhou’s community pension service model in China,as well as the practice of Singapore’s community pension service abroad.By drawing lessons from the successful experience of community pension service mode at home and abroad,this paper puts forward six development measures to adapt to the current situation of community pension service in China: First,we should strengthen the guidance of the government and improve the laws and policies for the development of community pension services;Second,through the refinement of the demand for community pension services,to meet the more diversified demand for community pension services;Third,to integrate the resources of all parties and enrich the content of community pension services;Fourthly,we should intensify technological reform and enhance the intensity of personnel training,so as to make community pension services more intelligent;Fifth,increase technology investment and research and development efforts to promote the continuous improvement of intelligent community pension service information platform;Sixth,we should further improve the standards of intelligent community pension services and strengthen the supervision of service participants.The research results of this paper have good reference significance for improving the service level of community pension in China under the current environment,in policy formulation,mechanism setting and other aspects.
