Study On 5S On-site Management Of Shibei Police Station In Xiaoshan District,Hangzhou

Police station,as a basic-level public security organization,is faced with complex and changeable working environment.with complicated and fragmented work,the implementation of scientific on-site management measures can create a better working environment and promote management and job efficiency.At present,the studies on the public security organizations with the implementation of 5S system is far from enough.Therefore,it is of practical significance to investigate the situation of 5S on-site management of the Shibei Police Station in Xiaoshan District,Hangzhou City,and to track its effectiveness.The paper borrowed the theory of public governance and new public management,and adopted the literature review,questionnaire survey and interview survey to conduct a field survey on the implementation of 5S site management in the North Police Station,Xiaoshan District,Hangzhou.The study analysized implementation situation of the expected objectives,phase tasks,implementation phases,implementation standards and implementation effectiveness in Shibei Police Station.It has been found that 5S site management is helpful to ensure the safe and orderly operation of Shibei Police Station,guarantee the quality of police service,improve the efficiency of police officers,improve the mental outlook of police officers,make the police station more dynamic,improve the image of the police station and enhance the status of the police station.The 5S on-site management survey and research of Shibei Police Station showed that the main problems of 5S on-site management were:unscientific planning and business ordering,poor scheduling and communication;on-site environmental confusion,unbalanced management;lack of constant judging standards for management quality.On the basis of domestic advanced experience and combining with the actual situation of Shibei Police Station,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were proposed from three aspects of management plan,on-site management and management quality,mainly including the preparation of management plan based on scientific theory;emphasis on the role of cleaning,formulating overall measures and scientific standards,etc.These countermeasures have been effectively used and promoted in Shibei Police Station.After a period of follow-up investigation on the implementation of 5S on-site management in Shibei Police Station,it was shown that the enthusiasm and the work efficiency of Shibei Police Station staff was effectively improved;the office environment was optimized,and the satisfaction of the public was on the top of the region.
