Contrastive Study On Public Satisfaction Of Administrative Approval And Service Items At Country Police

The comparative study in this paper is based on DX City,it focus on the present situation of degree of satisfaction in the administration of public security organs at the county level.At the same time,under the background of building a service-oriented government,the public's growing demand for services and the public security organ at the county level to provide administrative services development uncoordinated,lead to matters of public administrative service complaints,need through the effective action to improve the public security organs of administrative examination and approval matters and administrative services for the public satisfaction.After conducting case study and analysis on the public security organs of DX City,through the exploration of the public satisfaction of its administrative approval and administrative services,it has achieved results and existing problems in the administrative approval reform,and the public has diversified the demand for administrative services.In-depth analysis of countermeasures to raise public satisfaction with administrative examination and approval matters and administrative services at county level public security agencies.The reasons for the existence of these problems are as follows: First,the ideology and concepts of workers have not been effectively promoted;Second,there are defects in the design of the system;Third,there is a deviation between the implementation of the system and the design concept;Fourth,part of the work The quality of personnel is not high,and the official-based thinking is still serious.Fifth,it is not enough to build a service-oriented public security agency.At present,public security agencies are at a critical period of comprehensive transformation and upgrading reforms.After in-depth study of the public satisfaction of administrative examination and approval matters and administrative services of public security organs in DX City,it is proposed that the standardization of the examination and approval process should be strengthened to fully explore the mode of administrative approval.Sex,reasonable control of the power of administrative examination and approval,encouragement of active participation of the public,continuous optimization of service methods,and improvement of the assessment and incentive mechanism for administrative service personnel,etc.,provide some reference for public satisfaction in improving the administrative approval and service of county-level public security agencies.
