Research On Satisfaction Of Administrative Examination And Approval Service In T High Tech Zone

At present,the public can see the evaluation of government work service,mostly from the objective data such as the work completion degree recorded in the government statistical yearbook.The content of government work service evaluation has little measurement on the service supply object,namely,the perception data of the masses.At the same time,the subjective feelings of the masses on the government service experience cannot be simply presented through statistical data.Therefore,taking the public satisfaction as the evaluation scale,the research on the government administrative approval service can provide a new observation perspective for the research on the service quality of the administrative approval service,and help to test the level of local government’s service for the people.This thesis provides the basis for the research of service quality of administrative examination and approval service center.As the service object of the administrative examination and approval service center,the public is the most direct recipient of the service provided by the center.Therefore,the public has the most profound and direct feelings about the service quality and service conditions provided by the service center.Through scientific and reasonable evaluation,it is of great significance to understand the service status of the administrative service center,as well as the specific factors and measures affecting public satisfaction,so as to improve the service quality and level of the center.This thesis studies the current situation of the administrative approval service center of T High tech Zone,first analyzes the existing problems of the approval service,and based on the customer satisfaction model,analyzes the problems from three aspects: public expectation,public value perception and service quality;then uses Delphi method to evaluate the satisfaction index of the administrative approval service of T High tech Zone Secondly,based on the preliminary construction of the evaluation index system of administrative approval service satisfaction,the questionnaire design is carried out.The purpose is to review the evaluation index system of approval service satisfaction from the quantitative point of view,and build the final evaluation of administrative approval service satisfaction in T High tech Zone Index system;again using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,the evaluation index system is evaluated and the analysis results are obtained;finally,according to the evaluation results of the service satisfaction evaluation index system,the thesis puts forward the relevant satisfaction improvement countermeasures from three aspects of public expectation,value perception and service quality.
