Research On Family Welfare Policy Of Disabled Children In Shenyang

This study takes disabled children and families of disabled children as the research object,and believes that the family is the most important living place for disabled children,which is closely related to the medical treatment,rehabilitation,education and physical and mental development of disabled children.However,due to the unbalanced regional development and rapid economic development in China,some family functions are weakened,the functions of family security are uneven,and most of the levels are not high,which poses a threat to the survival and development of disabled children.Therefore,the social security system should introduce a family perspective and improve the level of family welfare through the formulation of targeted family welfare policies,so as to ensure the survival and development of disabled children.Family is the first environment for children,and children are the future of the family.Therefore,the improvement of family welfare policies for disabled children is particularly important and urgent.This study takes the family system theory and social support theory as the theoretical basis of this study,takes the improvement of family welfare policies for disabled children as the research theme,takes the difficulties and needs of families of disabled children in Shenyang as the research content,and finally puts forward relevant suggestions to improve family welfare policies for disabled children.Based on the collation and analysis of relevant literature,this study understands the problems and needs faced by families of disabled children in Shenyang through interviews,analyzes the problems and causes of family welfare of disabled children in Shenyang,and finally puts forward a conclusion.The whole content is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction,which mainly states the research background,significance,review of relevant literature,research methods and ideas;The second part is the theoretical basis,which mainly introduces the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of this study;The third part is the description of the current situation of the investigation.Through the investigation,it is learned that the families of disabled children in Shenyang are facing difficulties such as economic,medical rehabilitation and psychological pressure,and there are needs for economic support,medical and information services;The fourth part puts forward the problems existing in China’s current welfare policies for disabled children,such as the lack of family support,the low level of welfare for disabled children,the heavy burden on families,and the low degree of professional guidance and information popularization;Finally,based on the existing policies and foreign advanced experience,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions to improve the family welfare policy for disabled children: establish a family centered welfare policy guidance,build a family welfare policy support system under the interaction of multiple subjects,and improve the community-based family services for disabled children.
