Welfare Provision Problem Research About Orphans And Disabled Children In The Perspective Of Welfare Pluralism

Social welfare and the need to incorporate them as orphans and disabled children the focus, orphans and disabled children as the most vulnerable in society, the most difficult, the most helpless population, they do not have parental care, no legal dependents care, their survival and development challenges and difficulties. Development of children’s welfare, we must first consider the institutional arrangements, institutional guarantee rights to subsistence and development of orphans and disabled children. From the point of view of the development process of child welfare, the welfare of our children is in the "filled-type" of child welfare stage, to provide welfare services for disabled children is quite limited, so the welfare of orphans and disabled children to be towards a comprehensive, wide range of road development and create a better tomorrow for the orphans and disabled children.This paper uses literature method, interviews method.Will use the perspective of welfare pluralism, regard the orphans and disabled children’s welfare as part of welfare pluralism, raise the level of welfare supply, and combined with the social development. This paper consists of five chapters.The first chapter,mainly on the background, significance and research methodology. The second chapter elaborates the theoretical basis of the definition of related concepts about the article. The third chapter analyzed the situation of children welfare supply in China and existing problems. The fourth chapter deeply analyzed the existing problems. The last chapter is the countermeasures and thinking about perfecting welfare supply of orphan and disabled children in current.
