In order to continuously enrich the development connotation of service-oriented government,it is of due significance to build a service-oriented government under the current background of optimizing the business environment,promoting stable economic development and orderly development of social people’s livelihood.The administrative examination and approval system is the government public service that has the closest relationship with the government,enterprises and the people.Its supply quality directly affects the construction of a good business environment and the improvement of residents’ and enterprises’ purchase awareness.To this end,Chinese governments at all levels have made continuous and beneficial explorations in the reform of the administrative examination and approval system.Strive to overcome some disadvantages and deficiencies in the administrative examination and approval system and improve administrative efficiency.Based on relevant excellent experience,Chengdu high tech Zone has creatively explored and implemented the reform of the "one card" administrative examination and approval system,and carried out systematic reform from the aspects of the
